The scenery in and around the town of Banff is so impressive. Every direction you turn is another picturesque Kodak moment.

This is not a traffic jam, it’s a car show in town.

Cascade Gardens

Johnston Canyon (We had to check this one out!)

Lake Louise

Moraine Lake

This beautiful quilt is hanging on the wall at the library where we posted these pictures.

I can’t tell you how envious I am and I know I’m not supposed to be. You are posting some beautiful pictures! Thanks for letting us live vicariously through you.

WOW that is so cool how the Elk just roam around like pedestrians. I sure hope you gave them the right away!
Pictures are amazing and beautiful. I wish I was traveling tomorrow instead of driving in a real traffic jam to get to work!
Love you both!
Happy FATHER’S Day!

Fantastic pics. Cool cars. Won’t be surprised if you pulled up stakes in SD, pitched a tent at Johnston Falls and gave the P.O. your forwarding address as Canada, or nearby WA state. I guess retirement in dusty Hemet is out? Aaaah, shucks.
Love, Julie
